Ingredients

1. 1 1/2 oz mezcal (for the smoky flavor)
2. 1 oz grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
3. 1/2 oz juice (freshly squeezed)
4. 1/2 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
5. A pinch of salt
6. 1 oz club soda
7. Grapefruit twist and a sprig of rosemary for garnish

Instructions

1. In the shaker, combine mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar or simple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
2. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Top off with club soda.
6. Stir gently to mix.
7. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and a sprig of rosemary.
8. Serve immediately and dive into the wild flavors of the Fear and Loathing cocktail!
